Supported event logistics, entertainment coordination, children’s gift procurement, and vendor management for JReid Indeed’s holiday celebration at Victory Ford in Kansas City, Kansas. My work focused on coordinating the details that created a welcoming, festive experience for participating families.
Stoneridge Ridecitals
Planned and produced equestrian showcases where students performed riding routines set to music for family and friends. Managed the full event planning process, including rider coordination, scheduling, food and beverage arrangements, and event-day logistics. These events celebrated student progress and brought the barn community together through a distinctive, welcoming experience.
