SMARTER SYSTEMS • PROJECTS THAT GET FINISHED • EVENTS THAT GROW YOUR BUSINESS • CREATIVE SUPPORT •

I help equestrian businesses and growing organizations turn complicated ideas into practical, polished solutions, from marketing and events to websites, custom AI tools, and smarter systems.

Big idea? Small team? Let’s make it work.

Support for small teams doing big things.

Big projects, small projects, and the oddly specific things in between. Sometimes you need a smarter system, a custom tool, or someone to organize a complicated launch. Sometimes you need a polished website, a show-week video, a digital scrapbook, or one creative project taken off your plate.

I help figure out what the project actually needs,
and then I make sure it gets finished.

How Can I Help?

02 — One-Off Creative Projects

Need one specific thing made beautifully and finished properly? Websites, digital scrapbooks, short-form videos, show promotions, branded materials, campaigns, newsletters, and other standalone creative work.

01 — Ongoing Creative Support

For organizations that need a steady creative and strategic partner without hiring another full-time employee.

Marketing, campaigns, content, websites, events, communications, and the projects that never quite fit into anyone’s job description.

03 — Systems & Special Projects

For ideas, frustrations, and processes that need a customized solution. Anything from lightweight web apps and smarter workflows to event strategy, launches, and those little projects that keep getting pushed to the back burner.

The ways I support teams vary, but the goal is always the same: clarity, capacity, and confidence. Here’s how that support typically shows up:

For horse people. By a horse person.

Horse businesses operate differently. The schedules are unpredictable, the margins are tight, the clients are deeply invested, and half the work happens somewhere with questionable Wi-Fi.

I understand the industry because I’ve spent my life in it—as a rider, instructor, marketer, event professional, and professional problem-solver.

Whether you need a polished website, a sales video, a better client experience, or a custom tool built around the way your business actually works, we can start without translating the horse world first.

About Lyndsey

Most of my professional career has been spent working inside very small teams. Often three people or fewer. The kind of environments where everyone is responsible for a little bit of everything and there’s no room for wasted time or unnecessary complexity.

I’ve worked across equestrian businesses, startups, and nonprofit organizations, all with the same underlying reality. The work is important, the resources are limited, and things still need to get done. I understand the headaches that come with that kind of responsibility, and the benefits too. Small teams are scrappy, capable, and deeply invested in what they’re building, and I love working with them.

I’m not interested in changing how your organization works or adding layers you don’t need. My approach is shaped by what I’ve learned in those short-handed environments. Using practical tools and systems, thoughtful planning, and hands-on support to help teams get more done with less, without losing what makes their work matter to them in the first place.

That’s the lens I bring to every project, respect for your work, respect for the budget, and support that fits your business.

If this feels like a good fit, the next step is a simple conversation. We’ll talk through what’s going on, what kind of support would actually be helpful, and whether it makes sense to work together.
