These focused sessions are designed to help you get unstuck, clarify priorities, and leave with a plan you can actually use.

learn how to manage tools or systems yourself
get clear on what to do next without guessing
Sessions are collaborative, practical, and centered on teaching. The goal is for you to walk away confident managing things on your own.
In-Person Sessions & On-Site Visits
In-person support is available for clients in the Kansas City area and during limited travel windows throughout the year.
These visits are a good fit for:
barns, nonprofits, or small teams that benefit from hands-on work
program planning, outreach strategy, or system setup
clinics, seminars, or working sessions with staff or stakeholders
In-person sessions are announced periodically and scheduled based on availability.
Strategy sessions are priced hourly, with most sessions starting at $99 per hour.
On-site visits, workshops, and group sessions are quoted based on scope, location, and timing.
All work is discussed and scoped in advance, with clear expectations before we begin.
